Helping Minds is a Canadian non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the mental health of children and youth. We provide counseling services, peer support groups, wellness workshops, and school outreach programs to help young people develop emotional resilience and coping skills.

Our programs are designed for children and youth ages 8-18, as well as their families. We welcome all young people regardless of background, and our services are offered free of charge or on a sliding scale to ensure accessibility for everyone.

We're always looking for compassionate volunteers! Opportunities include workshop facilitation, event support, administrative help, and peer mentoring (after training). Contact us at contact@helpingminds.ca to learn about current volunteer opportunities and our application process.

Your donations directly support our mental health programs for youth. This includes funding trained counselors, workshop materials, school outreach initiatives, and ensuring our services remain accessible to families who cannot afford to pay. We are committed to transparency and provide annual reports on how funds are allocated.

Absolutely! We actively partner with schools to bring mental health education and support directly to students. Our school programs include classroom workshops, teacher training, and on-site support services. Reach out to discuss how we can work together to support student wellbeing.
